1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the terms and conditions under which Paris Luxury Drive provides private chauffeur (VTC) services.

2. Booking and Payment

• Payment for rides is made online via Stripe, using Credit Cards (Visa, CB, Mastercard).
• All transactions are secure, thanks to encryption technology ensuring the protection of banking data.
• The booking is confirmed only after successful payment validation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Any cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled ride time is fully refundable.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours before, no refund will be issued.
• To request a cancellation, the client must contact our customer service at [contact email].

4. Payment and Data Security

• The website uses a secure protocol (SSL) to protect transactions and personal information.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, a trusted provider complying with banking security standards.
